nWhat We Offer:
nnnThe base compensation for this position is $27.61 - $38.76/hr flat rate. Actual pay will be based on factors such as applicant experience and geographic location.
n
nnBillable Hours Guarantee: 30-hour minimum per week.
n
nnProductivity Bonus: Opportunity to earn a $250 – $550 bonus every two weeks, based on productivity and performance.
n
nnSchedule: Full-time, 5 days per week. The workweek typically includes one scheduled day off during the week and Sundays always off. Additional schedule adjustments may be made based on business needs and approved time off.
n
nnTraining & Certification Support: We pay for your ASE certifications and recertifications!
n
n nYour Impact as an Automotive Repair Technician A:
nnnPerform advanced diagnostics and repair work, including Engine Repair, Transmission Repair, Suspension & Steering, Brake Systems (including ABS/traction control), Electrical Systems, and Heating & Air Conditioning.
n
nnMaintain a high level of technical expertise and continuously expand your skills.
n
nnKeep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
n
nnEnsure all repairs meet manufacturer procedures or industry best practices.
n
nnTrain and mentor other technicians and service associates.
n
nnOther duties as assigned.
n
n nWhat You’ll Bring:
nnnAt least 6 years of experience as an Automotive Technician with advanced diagnostic skills.
n
nnASE Master Technician or Dealership certifications preferred (or equivalent experience with ability to certify within 12 months – paid for by AAA).
n
nnASE L1 (Advanced Engine Performance) certification preferred.
n
nnStrong communication skills for mentoring and collaborating with the team.
n
nnAbility to lift up to 75 lbs and stand for extended periods.
n
nnValid driver’s license.
n
nnAuthorized to work in the USA.
n
nnAbility to pass pre-employment screenings if offered a position (background, drug, fitness for duty).
