nAutomotive Technician (C-Level) – Hiring Now | AAA Club Alliance
nAAA Club Alliance is actively hiring a C-Level Automotive Technician who wants to continue building their skills while contributing to a high-performing team.
nIn this role, you’ll perform routine maintenance and support light diagnostic and repair work, including oil services, tires, brakes, and batteries. You’ll work alongside experienced technicians, gaining exposure to more complex repairs while continuing to expand your technical abilities.

nWhat We Offer:
nnnCompetitive Pay: $22.58 – $35.14/hour flat rate. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, geographic location, and other job-related factors as permitted by law.
n
nnBillable Hours Guarantee: 20-hour minimum per week.
n
nnProductivity Bonus: Opportunity to earn a $250 – $550 bonus every two weeks, based on productivity and performance.
n
nnSchedule: Full-time, 5 days/week (Mondays, Fridays & Saturdays are often required). Sundays off every week, plus one other day off based on business needs.
n
nnTraining & Certification Support: We pay for your ASE certifications and recertifications!
n
n nYour Impact as an Automotive Repair Technician C:
nnnPerform repairs including basic Suspension & Steering Diagnostics/Repair, basic Brake Diagnostics/Repair, Wheel Alignments, Tire Repair, Fluid Maintenance Exchanges, and Battery Checks and Installation.
n
nnMaintain and build general automotive skills to allow flexibility in work assignments.
n
nnKeep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
n
nnProperly maintain tools and equipment in accordance with manufacturer and company safety guidelines.
n
nnPlan and organize work for maximum efficiency, including vehicle movement.
n
nnComplete all repairs and maintenance to manufacturer specifications or industry best practices.
n
nnOther duties as assigned.
n
n nWhat You’ll Bring:
nnnAt least 2 years of experience as an Automotive Technician with proven ability to perform standard automotive repairs.
n
nnASE or Dealership certifications preferred in at least two categories: Suspension & Steering and Brakes (or ability to obtain within 12 months – paid for by AAA).
n
nnValid Pennsylvania State Inspection License (Safety & Emissions) Required
n
nnStrong communication skills for collaborating with the team.
n
nnAbility to lift up to 75 lbs and stand for extended periods.
n
nnValid driver’s license.
n
nnAuthorized to work in the USA.
n
nnAbility to pass pre-employment screenings if offered a position (background, drug, fitness for duty).
