Job description
We are a growing, family-owned and operated used car dealership opening our own brand-new 7-bay in-house mechanic and detail shop. The shop will support our expanding vehicle inventory and retail operation, providing a steady, consistent workflow with no seasonal slowdowns.
nThis is not a flat-rate, feast-or-famine environment. Our goal is to build a long-term, well-paid team that takes pride in quality work and efficiency.
nAutomotive Technician – Responsibilities
nnPerform routine maintenance and mechanical repairs
nBrakes, suspension, steering, cooling systems, and basic diagnostics
nAssist with vehicle reconditioning for retail readiness
nMaintain a clean and organized workspace
n nAutomotive Technician – Qualifications
nn2+ years of automotive repair experience preferred
nSolid mechanical knowledge and ability to work efficiently
nReliable, punctual, and team-oriented
nWillingness to learn and grow with the shop
