Job description
Advance Auto Parts is seeking a General Manager to lead sales, service and profitability while inspiring the team to deliver outstanding customer experiences. The role requires deep knowledge of store systems, parts, and DIY projects, plus the ability to develop professional customer relationships and grow program penetration.
Expect a demanding schedule of 50–55 hours per week, with 11-hour shifts across 5–6 days, including nights and weekends.
