Job description
Advance Auto Parts is seeking a General Manager who can inspire the team, drive sales, and grow our Professional Customer relationships while maintaining high service and appearance standards. This exempt role requires 50-55 hours weekly, including nights and weekends, with shifts up to 11 hours.
You will manage hiring, development, and coaching of store team members, oversee inventory and operational standards, and lead the store to meet financial targets. ASE certification is a plus.
