Job description
NAPA seeks an Assistant Store Manager to apply automotive knowledge, customer service, operational leadership, and store oversight to successfully operate our Napa retail store and lead the team. This role includes coaching staff, managing counter sales, inventory, deliveries, and housekeeping while maintaining high service levels.
You will support the Store Manager across all store functions, ensuring safety, efficiency, and store continuity.
