Job description
NAPA in Long Lake, Minnesota is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to apply automotive knowledge, customer service excellence, and leadership to run daily retail operations and support the Store Manager in achieving sales and service goals.
You will supervise counter sales, inventory, receiving, deliveries, and housekeeping, coach team members, ensure safety and loss prevention, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and customer care; overtime and keyholder duties may apply.
