Job description
Advance Auto Parts is seeking a General Manager to lead store operations in Overland Park, KS. You will drive overall store sales goals and service objectives, manage Professional Customer relationships, and hire, coach, and engage the store team to perform at high levels.
You will oversee inventory and operational standards, coach team members to meet customer expectations, and handle on-duty responsibilities with a focus on safety and excellence.
