As an Automotive Sales Closer, you'll play a critical role in driving sales growth and delivering outstanding customer experience. Your primary responsibility will be to close deals, meet sales targets, and ensure customer satisfaction.If you're a motivated, sales driven individual with a passion for the automotive industry, we want to hear from you!Automotive Sales Closer Compensation: 100% Commission: You can make as much money as you want!Jeff Wyler Benefits:Medical, Dental, Vision, Company Paid Life Insurance, & Much More!Career Growth OpportunitiesEmployee Assistance PlanEmployee Discount ProgramResponsibilities:Close sales deals and meet monthly sales targetsBuild rapport with customers, understand their needs, and provide personalized solutionsConduct test drives, demonstrate vehicle features, and address customer concernsNegotiate prices, trade-ins, and financing options to meet customer needs and dealership goalsMaintain accurate records, including sales reports, customer interactions, and vehicle inventoryCollaborate with the sales team, management, and other departments to achieve dealership objectivesStay up-to-date on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activityQualifications:2+ years of experience in automotive sales, preferably as a closerProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targetsExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsStrong product knowledge and ability to learn new products and technologiesAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situationsHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredValid driver's license and clean driving recordAll applicants must demonstrate the ability to pass pre-employment testing, including a background check, MVR, and drug screening.The company is an equal opportunity employer.
