What You’ll Do
Welcome customers and provide a friendly, professional dealership experience.
Help customers explore new Ford vehicles and pre-owned inventory.
Learn about customers’ needs, preferences, and budgets to recommend suitable vehicles.
Explain vehicle features, technology, safety systems, and available options.
Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
Build lasting relationships with customers through excellent service and follow-up.
Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and online.
Work with dealership management and finance teams to complete vehicle purchases.
Maintain accurate customer information and follow-up activities.
Meet individual sales goals while contributing to overall dealership success.
What We’re Looking For
Previous automotive sales experience is a plus, but not required.
Experience in retail sales, hospitality, customer service, or other customer-facing roles is welcome.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Friendly, outgoing personality with a customer-first mindset.
Strong motivation to achieve sales goals and maximize earning potential.
Willingness to learn about Ford vehicles and automotive technology.
Ability to work a 40-hour schedule that includes Saturdays.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
Professional attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction.
