What You'll Do
Build relationships with customers in person, online, and over the phone
Help customers find the right vehicle to fit their needs and lifestyle
Deliver exceptional customer experiences from greeting to delivery
Follow up with leads and maintain customer relationships
Work in a fun, team-oriented, high-performance sales environment
Continuously developing product knowledge and sales skills
Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals
What We're Looking For
Positive attitude and strong communication skills
Motivated, competitive, goal-oriented mindset
Hospitality, retail, or customer service experience is a plus
Professional appearance and strong work ethic
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Self-starter mentality with a desire to earn
Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
