As a sales consultant at Cascade Auto Group, you will be the liaison between customers and the dealership during the purchase or lease of a vehicle. You will build relationships with customers and provide the best deal for the customer while meeting company standards. You must possess excellent communications skills, demonstrate attention to detail, be able to complete all necessary paperwork for each transaction as well as demonstrate product knowledge of both our new and used vehicle inventory. At Cascade Auto Group, we strive to make every customer a customer for life.
One to two years automotive sales experience required.

Buildrelationshipsand create customers for life. Assist them in selectinga vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses
Bethe vehicle expert. Maintain in depth knowledge of product offerings,optional packages,and the latest technology
Performhigh-quality and professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles
Learnto overcome objections and thrive in sales situations
Directlyreport to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities,reviews, and analyses
Follow-upwith buyers to ensure referral business
Assistwith general lot display
Bringyour 'A game'and positive attitude with you every day
Qualifications:
Oneto two years automotive sales experience required
Availableto work flexible hoursand weekends
Readyto hit the ground running on learning new product specifications
Fantasticcommunication skills with your customers
Professional,well-groomed personal appearance
Cleandriving record and valid driver's license
Willingto submit to a pre-employment background checkand drug screen
