Automotive Sales Manager
CarGuys Inc. is recruiting within a dealership network that wants a high‑performing sales manager to lead, train, and develop a sales team. The candidate will collaborate with dealership operations, maintain customer satisfaction, oversee sales forecasting, and manage new and used vehicle operations.

Responsibilities
Recruiting, training, and developing a high‑performance sales team through accountability management principles
Supervise the training, development, discipline, and appraisal of sales consultants and other departmental employees
Maintain and promote customer and owner satisfaction
Review the forecasting of unit sales and gross profit
Oversee management of new and used vehicle operations
Qualifications
Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
Strong ability to multi‑task and juggle multiple items at once
Strong attention to detail
Proven track record of high CSI and sales volume
Long‑term stability in previous employment
Product knowledge and a passion for being involved in the deal, not just an administrator or “numbers guy” who sits behind the desk
