$3,500-$15,000 based on sales

VERNON FORD is hiring aSalesConsultantfor our store. As aSalesConsultant, which we callExperience Guides, you will play an important role increating a fantasticguest experience at our store.If you’re a self-sufficient, resilient person who enjoys working in a fast-paced,fun environment, then we’re looking for you. As anExperience Guide, you will be responsible forassisting guests through the entirecar salesprocess.
What You’ll Do:
Assist withselection of vehicles, presentation of protection products and overall guest experience.
Provideclear, transparent options for our guests to make well-informed decisions
Work collaboratively with teammates to ensure that every one of our guests, those thatarepurchasingan automobileand those that are not yet, have an unparalleled experience.

What We’re Looking For:
Demonstratedconsultative sales experience
Experience in a retailenvironment
Outgoing, energetic and passionate people
Be transparent

Willingness to learn

Celebrate small successes
High school diploma or the equivalent.
Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
Valid in-state driver’s license.
Professional personal appearance.
Ability to sell a minimum quota according to dealership standards.

All applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test, credit report, and valid driver's license.
