Job description
Ed Morse Automotive Group in Missouri is seeking a high-energy General Sales Manager to lead the sales department across new and pre-owned vehicles. You will drive targets, optimize gross profit, and mentor a growing team of Sales Managers, Finance Managers, and Sales Consultants.
The GSM will implement processes, track performance metrics, work with marketing on lead generation, and ensure outstanding customer satisfaction while aligning with dealership goals and community involvement.
