Job Location: Romeo Subaru LLC - Saratoga Springs, NY 12866
Salary Range:
$1,200,000.00 - $180,000.00 Base+Commission/year
The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales, developing strategies to achieve sales targets, and maintaining excellent customer relationships.

QualificationsRequriements:
Proven automotive sales management experience, with a demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams, drive profitability, and achieve sales objectives.
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to analyze sales data and trends
Strong knowledge of automotive industry trends
Consenting to a Background Check
Responsibilities:
Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales goals
Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue
Monitor market trends and competitor activities
Collaborate with marketing and product development team
