Salesperson & Client Advisor

In this role, you’ll guide clients through their car‑buying journey, from identifying the right vehicle to finalizing the sale. Car Allowance
$70,000–$150,000 annually
What You’ll Do
Assist clients in selecting new Buick & GMC Vehicles and Pre‑Owned vehicles that match their needs and preferences
Present features, pricing, and competitive advantages of vehicles with confidence and clarity
Guide customers through test drives, trade‑in evaluations, and financing options
Maintain strong relationships with clients by delivering consistent follow‑up and support
Collaborate with sales managers and team members to exceed individual and team goals
Uphold professional standards and contribute to a positive, high‑energy showroom environment
Track customer interactions and sales performance using dealership tools and reports
What We’re Looking For
Professional, courteous, and customer‑first mindset
1‑2 years of sales or customer‑facing experience (automotive preferred)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized in a fast‑paced environment
High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree is a plus
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
