Compensation
$70,000 - 150,000
Responsibilities
Drive current and future auto sales by maintaining an accurate customer database
Receive customers in a welcoming and professional manner to drive car sales
Coordinate test drives, demonstrations, and presentations with professionalism and courtesy
Leverage strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with potential car sales customers
Adhere to dealership standards and policies of superb customer satisfaction throughout the sales and negotiation process
Engage with customers to understand their needs and guide them through the car-buying process.
Present vehicle features and benefits clearly, ensuring customers feel informed and confident in their choices.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and loyalty.
Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
Stay updated on the latest automotive trends and product knowledge to provide expert advice.
Manage customer inquiries promptly, ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience.
Negotiate sales terms and close deals effectively, always prioritizing customer satisfaction and company standards.
Qualifications
Sales experience in a showroom or auto dealership setting preferred
Exemplary interpersonal, negotiation, time management, and communication skills are essential for meeting customer needs
Must have a valid state-issued driver’s license and clean driving record
