Experienced Service Advisor / ASMHall Automotive is continuing to grow our presence in Virginia Beach, and our fixed operations team now has an opening for an Experienced Service Advisor / ASM. This position has a base salary between $26,000 - $30,000 annually, plus includes a commission/bonus component based on performance. Anticipated total compensation is $46,000 -- $86,000 annually. Top advisors may earn more. We also offer an Employee Purchase Program, the MileOne Support Fund: by Employees, for Employees, the NextMile Scholarship Program, an Employee Assistance Program and more.Summary: Our automotive Service Advisor/ Service Writer greets customers and consults with them on their vehicle service needs.Automotive Service Advisor / ASM Responsibilities:Provide customer service to include vehicle service care and manufacturer's warranty specificationsSchedule and manage service appointments and service estimatesAddress and resolve customer complaintsAutomotive Service Advisor / ASM Qualifications:Prior experience in automotive service writing required; dealership and CDK experience preferredWorking knowledge of basic car functions, characteristics, and operationsAbility to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manualsBasic MS Office knowledge; computer software, internet proficiency, and general mathematic skillsValid driver's license with 2 or fewer moving violations the last 3 years and ALSO no major violations (DUI, reckless driving, etc.) the last 3 yearsMileOne Autogroup is an equal opportunity employer and maintains a drug free work environment.
