Just a team that works together to take care of people.As the face of our service department, you'll keep customers informed, technicians productive, and the day moving forward while delivering the kind of service that keeps people coming back.What You'll DoWelcome customers and create an exceptional first impressionListen carefully and recommend maintenance and repairs with confidenceWrite accurate repair orders and provide realistic timelinesCoordinate repairs with technicians to keep work flowing efficientlyCommunicate updates proactively so customers always know what's happeningHelp customers understand their vehicle and maintenance needsKeep repair orders organized, accurate, and completeDeliver a transparent, stress-free service experience from start to finishWhat We're Looking For2+ years of Automotive Service Advisor experience preferredExcellent communication and customer service skillsAbility to manage multiple repair orders in a fast-paced environmentOrganized, dependable, and solutions-focusedTeam player who enjoys helping wherever neededComfortable using dealership software and technologyValid driver's licenseWhy You'll Love Working HereAt Coggins, we know great advisors have options.
