This is a rare opportunity to join our team as a service advisor at an Acura dealership with a great customer base.This is the job and dealership for you if you have a track record of high sales and top client relationship scores.Primary Responsibilities:Ensure Chevy Chase Acura customers have an expectation experience and trust us for all their automotive requirementsWatch and greet customers in the Service Lane.Provide a high level of customer service for all inquiries by phone, text, email, or in-personBe the liaison between our customers and techniciansScheduling appointments and assisting with inbound customer requestsGreeting customers promptly at their vehicleCompleting estimated and Repair Order to standardsProvide customer benefits of completing recommended serviceCompensation & Benefits:Commission payPotential to earn between $50,000 to $100,000 annuallyMedical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) plan Paid time off and holidaysEmployee vehicle leasing program offering a lease allowance payment of up to $400 per monthEEOC statement:Chevy Chase Acura is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace.
