Job DescriptionOur growing, family-owned dealership is looking for a customer-focused Service Advisor to help customers understand their vehicle needs, coordinate repairs, and deliver an exceptional service experience.

\ N· Excellent customer service and sales communication skills.
\ N· Ability to buildtrust, explain service recommendations, and handle concerns.
\ N· Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
\ N· Basic automotiveknowledge is helpful.
\ N· Experience preferred, but we’re willing to train the right candidate.

Core Responsibilities:
\ N· Greet customers on the service drive and record vehicle and customer information.
\ N· Perform walk-around inspections and document symptoms or concerns.
\ N· Explain recommended maintenance and repairs in clear, easy-to-understand terms.
\ N· Prepare written estimates for labor and parts, review warranty or service contract coverage, and obtain customer approval.
\ N· Create repair orders in the dealership management system, order parts, and schedule service bays.
\ N· Keep customers updated throughout the repair process and coordinate with technicians.
\ N. Process payments and schedule service appointments.

Position Details:
\ N· Full-time
· Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.M.–5:30 p.M.
\ N· Occasional Saturdays, 8:00 a.M.–12:00 p.M.
