You will act as the vital liaison between our guests and:The Manufacturer (Hyundai)Extended Warranty CompaniesInsurance ProvidersWho You AreCustomer First: You believe the guest is the most important part of our business. You possess an empathetic, "owner" mentality when it comes to solving problems.The Expert Communicator: You can translate complex mechanical needs into easy-to-understand terms for the guest while navigating the technical requirements of warranty and insurance claims.Experienced: Prior experience as a Service Advisor is highly preferred.
