Automotive Service Advisor
Salary + Commission | Earning Potential Over $140,000

We are seeking a high-performing Service Advisor to join our General Motors service team. Dealership experience is preferred, but it is not required . We are willing to consider exceptional candidates from other industries who have the right combination of customer service, sales ability, communication skills, urgency, and drive. If you have successfully worked in sales, hospitality, insurance, home improvement, powersports, equipment, retail management, or another fast-paced customer-facing environment, we want to hear from you.

What You Will Do
As a Service Advisor, you will be the primary connection between our customers and our service technicians. You will:
• Greet customers and listen carefully to their concerns
• Build strong relationships with customers
• Explain recommended maintenance and repairs clearly
• Provide accurate estimates and repair updates
• Communicate with technicians throughout the repair process
• Present additional maintenance and repair recommendations
• Follow up with customers by phone, text, and email
• Keep customers informed throughout their service visit
• Help create an exceptional customer experience
• Maintain accurate repair orders and customer records
• Work with the service team to keep vehicles moving efficiently
• Develop repeat and referral business through outstanding service

Automotive Experience Is Preferred, Not Required
Previous experience as a Service Advisor, Service Writer, Assistant Service Manager, or automotive professional is a plus.
However, we will also consider outstanding candidates with a proven background in:
• Sales

• Hospitality
• Insurance
• Retail management
• Home improvement sales
• Powersports or equipment sales
• Other performance-based customer-facing positions
