You’ll write repair orders, communicate with customers, coordinate with technicians, and keep repairs moving from start to finish. If you’re organized, sharp with communication, and able to keep calm when the drive fills up, you’ll fit right in.Job Type and ScheduleFull timeWork RequirementsWork Schedule: 8 hour shift, Monday to Friday, Saturdays as neededAbility to Commute: East Greenwich, RI requiredWork Location: In personResponsibilitiesGreet customers and manage the service drive professionally and efficientlyWrite repair orders, gather customer concerns, and verify vehicle informationClearly communicate recommended services, pricing, and timelinesCoordinate with technicians to ensure accurate diagnostics and repair updatesMaintain strong customer communication through calls, texts, and follow upsProcess warranty claims accurately and follow OEM requirementsKeep repair orders organized, documented, and compliantUpsell maintenance services based on genuine need and transparencyDeliver a service experience that builds trust and brings customers backQualificationsPrior Service Advisor experience preferredStrong communication and customer service skillsAbility to multitask in a fast paced environmentComfortable learning and using dealership systems and softwareSolid understanding of basic automotive terminologyValid driver’s license and clean driving recordProfessional, organized, and dependableWhy Join Flood Ford of East GreenwichStrong leadership and a team that works together.
