Automotive Service AdvisorCapital Subaru of Greensboro is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor to join our exceptional team. As the primary point of contact for our loyal and growing customer base, you will play a key role in delivering an outstanding service experience. Working in our state-of-the-art facility alongside a supportive and experienced team, you will assess customers' vehicle service needs, schedule appointments, and coordinate with our service department to ensure repairs and maintenance are completed efficiently and exceed customer expectations.Automotive Service Advisor Compensation & Benefits:Competitive PayHealth InsurancePTO401(K)Automotive Service Advisor Responsibilities:Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to accurately diagnose problems and recommend necessary repairs and maintenanceProvide detailed explanations of recommended services and associated costs to customers, ensuring transparency and trustSchedule service appointments and manage the service department's workload efficientlyCollaborate with technicians and other team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of repairsHandle customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally, striving to resolve issues to their satisfactionMaintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety and cleanliness standardsOther duties assignedAutomotive Service Advisor Requirements:Experience in automotive service advising or a similar customer service role within the automotive industry preferredStrong knowledge of automotive systems and components, including diagnostic procedures and repair techniquesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and work effectively as part of a teamProficiency in computerized systems and software applications used for estimating, scheduling, and invoicingValid driver's license and a clean driving recordMust be able to pass a pre-employment background checkWhy Capital?Because great careers start with the right environment.
