Group 1 Gmc Southwest Service AdvisorGroup 1 Gmc Southwest is looking to add a Service Advisor to join our team! We're not just a service center- we are a team that values top-quality work, strong relationships, and a shared passion for the automotive world.*Must be available to work SaturdaysResponsibilitiesGreet customers in a timely, friendly manner and obtain pertinent vehicle informationActively promote and build rapport with the customerAdvise customers on the care and the value of maintaining their vehicles in accordance with manufacturers' specificationsGenerate and provide customer with a complete and accurate estimate of repairEstablish and communicate completion time of repair with customer and technicianAnswer incoming service callsMaintain and schedule service appointmentsFollow prescribed procedures for customer post follow-up resulting in return visits, increased sales and admirable CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index)Strictly follow the manufacturer's warranty guidelines and proceduresConduct business in an honest manner that maintains the manufacturer Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) at or above specified goal(s) in service for district, regional and national scoresComply with all federal, state and local laws, and company policy, regarding the safeguarding all customer, company and manufacturer information, as well as customer vehicles and propertyQualificationsRecent Automotive Service Advisor experience is requiredCDK, Xtime, and TSD Experience PreferredProduct KnowledgeAttention to DetailInterpersonal Communication SkillsBasic Computer SkillsStrong Desire to Provide an Exceptional Client ExperienceHigh School Diploma or EquivalentMust Have a Valid Driver's LicenseWe offer...Salary Base Pay Plan, Plus Bonus'sService Advisor University – Paid for by Group1 AutomotiveHealth, Dental & Vision InsuranceLife & Disability Insurance401(k) with Company MatchPaid Time OffEmployee Vehicle Purchase ProgramEmployee Stock Purchase PlanEqual Opportunity EmployerWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, or any other protected status.
