Automotive Service AdvisorGroup 1 Toyota Certified Capital Plaza is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy building customer relationships, and are passionate about delivering an exceptional service experience.Responsibilities:Schedule and confirm appointments to ensure smooth customer experienceCreate transparent repair orders with accurate cost and time estimatesCommunicate with technicians and parts team to guarantee timely service completionProvide regular updates to customers on the status of their vehicleMaintain strong product knowledge to assist with service needs and warranty informationQualifications:Automotive dealership Service Advisor experience is required.Must be available to work Saturday'sPositive & Friendly AttitudeInterpersonal Communication skillsStrong desire to provide an exceptional client experienceAbility to achieve targeted goalsHigh School Diploma or equivalentMust have a Valid Driver's LicenseCompensation: The compensation for this position is wholly commission-based. As a result, compensation may vary based on several factors, including individual performance and market conditions.
