Sales ProfessionalJaffarian Toyota is seeking qualified sales professionals to join our service management training program. Jaffarian Toyota is New England's oldest Toyota dealer, same family now for four generations strong.Qualified candidates will possess exceptional communication skills, work well in a team environment and are self-motivated with an appetite to thrive.First year earning potential 65k - 85k, second year up to 100k for qualified candidates.Basic duties:Serve as the liaison between the customer and technician; ensuring the customer's needs are understood by the technician and the needed and recommended service/repairs are understood by the customerPrepare repair orders (RO) by describing symptoms, problems, and causes discovered, as well as repairs and services required; entering RO into service database system.Provide the client with an accurate estimate of repair or maintenance cost, and/or a minimal diagnostic fee with explanation of associated cost, detailing problems and pertinent information, and secure client authorization of repair or service.What we offer:Engaged knowledgeable managementAir conditioned shopDedicated service BDC, our phones get answered!Top performing CSILoyal customer baseMedical insuranceDental insurancePrescription insuranceLong term disability insuranceShort term disability insuranceVision insuranceLife insurancePaid holidaysPaid vacationsPaid training
