This role is ideal for driven professionals who thrive in a fast-paced service environment, enjoy working with customers, and can confidently recommend maintenance and repair services.If you're energetic, customer-focused, and motivated by results, this is a great opportunity to grow your career with a respected automotive group. ***Up to $2500 Sign On Bonus for experienced Service Advisors***.ResponsibilitiesSchedule and confirm appointments to ensure smooth customer experienceCreate transparent repair orders with accurate cost and time estimatesCommunicate with technicians and parts team to guarantee timely service completionProvide regular updates to customers on the status of their vehicleMaintain strong product knowledge to assist with service needs and warranty informationQualifications1+ years of Automotive Service Advisor experience is required.Must be available to work Monday through SaturdayPositive & Friendly AttitudeInterpersonal Communication skillsBasic computer skillsStrong desire to provide an exceptional client experienceAbility to achieve targeted goalsHigh School Diploma or equivalentMust have a Valid Driver's LicenseMust pass background check, MVR, and drug screeningThe compensation for this position is salary plus commission. This is a base salary of $2,000 per month.
