Our Service Advisors are responsible for:Serving as the primary point of contact for all automotive service and repair mattersCommunicating effectively between customers, managers, and techniciansListening to and understanding customer problemsArranging appropriate service/repairsSetting and managing expectations for customers and techniciansExplaining needed repairs and recommended maintenance to customersEnsuring customer satisfaction with repair quality and timelinessWorking productively in a fast-paced team environmentDelivering world-class customer serviceQualificationsHigh school diploma or GED requiredPost-secondary automotive training or equivalent work experience preferredOne year of dealer-level or large facility experience preferredBroad scope of automotive mechanical/electrical knowledgeNeat, clean, and professional appearancePleasant/friendly demeanor and an outgoing personalityHighly professional and dependableExcellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stressExcellent interpersonal skills to interact professionally with customers, vendors, and staffUnrestricted driver's license and clean driving recordBasic computer and internet skills.
