Our dealerships have earned recognition as some of the best places to work, thanks to our supportive culture, dedication to excellence, and commitment to employee success.Service Advisor ResponsibilitiesAs a key member of our service team, you will play a vital role in delivering an outstanding customer experience while ensuring efficient service department operations.Key Responsibilities:Manage service orders and oversee the daily flow of the service drive, ensuring customers receive prompt, professional, and courteous service.Take ownership of the customer experience, going above and beyond to create positive, lasting impressions.Provide concierge-level support for customer inquiries, both in person and over the phone.Maximize technician productivity by effectively managing and scheduling service work.Answer customer questions regarding vehicle concerns, maintenance, repairs, warranties, and service recommendations.Maintain Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores that meet or exceed company standards.Oversee warranty claim administration and assist with the training and supervision of service department personnel.Reinforce company policies, procedures, and operational standards.Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and dealership policies.Foster a positive work environment by maintaining strong employee relationships and encouraging teamwork.QualificationsWe are looking for a motivated professional who is passionate about customer service and team leadership.Preferred Qualifications:Highly organized with a friendly, customer-focused attitude.Proven leadership and team management abilities.Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.Professional appearance and demeanor.Demonstrated success in automotive service and sales performance.Strong history of customer satisfaction and relationship building.Team-oriented, self-motivated, and results-driven.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.Why Join Joseph Automotive?Family-owned and operated company cultureCareer growth opportunities within one of Ohio's largest dealership groupsSupportive and collaborative work environmentCommitment to employee development and successReputation as a top workplace in the automotive industryEqual Opportunity EmployerJoseph Automotive is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
