Automotive Service AdvisorWe are currently looking for an Automotive Service Advisor to join our team! We have locations in Elizabethtown, Manheim, and Mount Joy. Hours for this position are generally 7 am to 5 pm with a Saturday rotation.As a Customer Service Specialist, your primary responsibility is supporting our customers with their automotive needs in person, by phone, and by email. We are looking for someone who can provide positive customer interactions with genuine respect and courtesy. This includes listening to customers’ descriptions of problems or the services they need and assisting with the preparation of repair orders and repair or service estimates, along with various other duties.
