Automotive Service AdvisorWelcome to Infiniti of Charlotte Inc, where we are seeking a dedicated Automotive Service Advisor to join our team in Matthews, NC. As an Automotive Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and acting as a liaison between customers and our automotive technicians.Responsibilities:Assist customers with inquiries and service requestsRecommend and explain needed automotive services to customersSchedule service appointments and follow up with customersCommunicate effectively with automotive technicians to ensure timely completion of serviceRequirements:Prior experience in automotive service advisory rolesExcellent communication and customer service skillsKnowledge of automotive services and maintenanceAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentBenefits:Competitive compensation: $7,000.00 - $11,000.00 per month paid semi-monthlyOpportunities for career growth and developmentHealth, dental, and vision insurance401(k) retirement planAbout the Company:Infiniti of Charlotte Inc is a leading automotive dealership dedicated to providing top-quality service and products to our valued customers.
