We are looking for someone who can create strong relationships, deliver exceptional communication, and help customers feel confident throughout the entire service process.What You'll DoGreet customers promptly and professionallyListen to customer concerns and accurately document repair needsSchedule service appointments and coordinate workflow with techniciansCommunicate repair recommendations, timelines, and updates clearlyProvide estimates and explain services in a customer-friendly mannerMonitor repair progress and ensure timely follow-upDeliver outstanding customer service from check-in to vehicle deliveryMaintain accurate documentation and repair ordersWork closely with technicians, parts personnel, and management to keep operations efficientQualificationsStrong customer service and communication skillsAbility to multitask in a high-volume environmentProfessional appearance and positive attitudeStrong organizational and problem-solving skillsAutomotive service advising experience preferred, but not required for the right candidateComputer proficiency and ability to learn dealership software systemsValid driver's license and acceptable driving recordAbility to pass a criminal background checkEducation:High school or equivalent (Preferred)Experience:Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)Service Advisor experience: 1 year (Preferred).
