Automotive Service AdvisorWe have an immediate opening for an energetic, enthusiastic and highly motivated automotive service advisor professional to join our growing and dynamic team! At Ciocca Mercedes-Benz of Flemington, you'll have the opportunity to have a positive impact on our customers and our community while achieving your financial and career goals!Qualifications:Consistent record of service and sales successStrong record of positive customer satisfaction resultsValid driver's license and clean driving recordResponsibilities:Oversee service orders and flow of drive lane. Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled.Ensure the daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers.Distribute work between technicians efficiently.Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs.Assist in diagnosing vehicle problems, order parts and tools as necessary.What We Offer:Commission based pay: $60,000 - $100,000 potential annuallyFull Time to include some SaturdaysPTO and holidaysAir-conditioned shops and facilities that are always being upgraded401(K) retirement plan with company matchingThe top insurance program in the industry including medical, dental, prescription and visionAdvancement within the Ciocca Automotive FamilyEmployee discounts: purchases, repair, serviceAt Ciocca Mercedes-Benz of Flemington, our team members enjoy a supportive and collaborative work environment.
