A Day in the Life:
nRemote position on a schedule varying Mon-Fri 4:00am to 7:00pm and Sat-Sun 4:00am to 5:00pm
nAbility to work REMOTE - Required to be near a major airport location
nPay: starts at $22/hr; commensurate with experience. Posting open until position is filled.
nWhat You'll Do:
nnnEnsure vendors are performing requested repairs at agreed upon pricing
n
nnReviewing a wide range of vehicle repair requests
n
nnEnsure repairs are vended to make most efficient use of vehicle manufacturer warranty programs, including free PMs, warranty work covered by OEM
n
nnHandle repair disputes with national account vendors
n
nnValidating parts pricing and labor times
n
nnGuarantee vehicle repairs adhere to company policies and address safety concerns
n
nnEfficiently drive down vendor cycle time to minimize out of service days
n
nnHandle phone calls related to vehicles experiencing extensive down time
n
nnAdhere to goal setting metrics for all job functions
n
nnReview vehicle repairs
n
nnHandle phone calls, emails, and chats
n
nnWorking behind a desk
n
nnAvailable to flexible schedule to support business needs that may require working weekends based on seniority shift bid
n
n nWhat We're Looking For:
nnnHighschool Diploma or GED
n
nn3 years of previous vehicle maintenance experience
n
nnMinimum of 4 ASE certifications related to job scope
n
nnAbility to work remote
n
nnFleet experience preferred
n
nnAutomotive vehicle repair background
n
nnAbility to multitask
n
nnNegotiation
n
nnComputer literate
n
nnCustomer service
n
nnExperience with labor guides
n
