Automotive Service Advisor
Group 1 GMC Rockville Centre, is expanding our team and looking for Automotive Service Advisors to join us. Our ideal Service Advisor is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and thrives on building relationships.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys engaging with customers throughout the day, providing clear communication, and ensuring a seamless service experience from start to finish.
Responsibilities
Schedule and confirm appointments to ensure smooth customer experience
Create transparent repair orders with accurate cost and time estimates
Communicate with technicians and parts team to guarantee timely service completion
Provide regular updates to customers on the status of their vehicle
Maintain strong product knowledge to assist with service needs and warranty information
Qualifications
2+ years of Automotive Service Advisor experience is required.
Experience with CDK and X-time is a plus
High School Diploma or equivalent
Must have a Valid Driver's License
Compensation
The compensation range reasonably expected for this position is $75'000 to $120'000 / a year. As a result, compensation may vary based on several factors, including individual performance and market conditions.
