Job description
Ramona Tire & Service Centers seeks an Assistant Manager/Service Advisor to drive sales of automotive services and tires while upholding store standards in Southern California. You will greet customers, document concerns, recommend services, and communicate quotes and timelines for approval.
You’ll provide updates, handle transactions, and ensure warranty clarity, tracking returns and warranty parts for individuals.
