Join our team today!Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesBuild customer satisfaction and loyalty by providing the best guest experienceAchieve a thorough knowledge of all products, services, warranties and maintenance issuesKeep up to date through training and vendor publicationsAssist other sales or service associates as needed in an effort to exceed our customers' expectationsHelp maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the building and perimeter areasAssist in receiving or transferring goods and maintenance of the inventory including unloading trucks and warehouse stockingMaintain showroom merchandiseFollow all safety practices as outlined in policy and proceduresSales of tires and service-related needsQualificationsStrong auto service & tire sales knowledgeGood leadership abilities and team buildingExcellent customer service and communication skillsStrong organizational skillsProficient at preventive maintenance salesMaintain professional appearance at all timesHave problem solving abilities and be a self-starterMulti-tasking abilitiesCompensation: $60,000.00 - $95,000.00 per yearFrom flat tires and oil changes to rotor resurfacing and that weird clunking sound you've been hearing for a week, there are a lot of Big Oh Nos for your car. However, the Big O franchisees are always looking for new faces with experience and desire to serve Big O Tires store customers.This franchise is independently owned and operated by a franchisee. Your application will go directly to the franchisee, and all hiring decisions will be made by the management of this franchisee.
