Come see for yourself, join our growing team!Benefits:Guaranteed Hours401kMedicalDentalPaid VacationResponsibilities:Greet customers promptlyObtain customer and vehicle informationClearly report all vehicle symptoms as described by the customerDetermine and recommend needed maintenance based on age, mileage and history of vehiclePrepare a complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and partsEstablish follow up timeMonitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and updating customers frequentlyVerify that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair orderExplain all completed work and charges to customersRequirements:Proven record of achieving exceptional Customer SatisfactionPast experience as a Service Advisor, Assistant Lane Manager or Service Consultant is preferredAbove average energy levelA desire for a long term career with a growing organizationPersonal and professional integrityADP computer experience a plusMust have a clean & valid driver’s licenseMust be willing to submit to a drug screen prior to employment.
