Pay Rate: $20–$26/hour based on experience

About Lakeshore Tire & Auto Service
Lakeshore Tire & Auto Service is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor in Charlevoix, MI, offering $20–$26/hour based on experience. This Monday–Friday position has no weekends and is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, staying organized, and supporting a busy automotive repair workflow. The Service Advisor serves as the connection between customers and technicians throughout the repair process.
Key Responsibilities
Greet customers and understand their automotive service needs
Document customer concerns and repair needs accurately
Provide estimates and explain recommended repairs clearly
Communicate inspection and repair information between customers and technicians
Coordinate parts ordering and repair timelines
Manage repair orders through vehicle delivery
Build lasting customer relationships
Qualifications
Previous Service Advisor experience preferred
Strong customer service and communication skills
Strong organization and follow-up skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable working with customers and technicians
Automotive technician experience is a strong plus
