Service Advisor Position at Garnet FordGarnet Ford is looking for a Service Advisor to join our team! Previous Service Advisor experience is preferred, but we're also interested in candidates with strong customer service skills who are great with people and eager to learn.In this role, you'll greet customers, listen to their service needs, schedule appointments, explain recommended repairs, prepare estimates, and keep customers informed throughout the repair process.
