Service Advisor Position AvailableAt Coughlin Pataskala Chevrolet, we've got more business than we can handle and we need you! We are currently looking for an experienced Service Writer/Advisor for our location.The Service Advisor serves as the primary point of contact for all automotive service customers. As a Service Advisor you will own the customer experience in the service lane and are the first point of contact for the customer as it relates to their vehicle: status, repairs and diagnostics. You need to be well-versed in product offerings, inventory needs, technician scheduling and customer service.We're one of Central Ohio's fastest-growing dealer groups, representing 13 brands across 17 locations including Newark, Pataskala, Circleville, Heath, Chillicothe, Marysville, Lancaster, Lewis Center, and Dublin.
