Automotive Parts and Service Director
We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the parts and service departments at a dealership. The role involves managing operations, forecasting, budgeting, and ensuring profitability.
Responsibilities
Manage parts and service departments to achieve departmental goals.
Forecast sales and set parts department goals.
Prepare annual budgets and monitor financial performance.
Ensure timely inventory turnover and efficient inventory management.
Develop and administer an aggressive wholesale parts program to maximize profit.
Communicate effectively with coworkers and customers.
Maintain a customer-focused mindset and uphold dealership standards.
Qualifications
Solid track record as a Service and Parts Manager.
Years of experience as an Automotive Parts Manager.
In-depth knowledge of service and parts department operations and profitability.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Desire to excel and a customer-focused mindset.
Ability to manage time effectively.
