Automotive Service CoordinatorGrowing internal auction company!Automotive Service Coordinator opening!$16.00 - $18.00 per hourComprehensive benefits packageMatching 401(k)Generous paid time offPaid holidaysCareer growth potentialFull-timeMonday – FridayNo nights or weekendsMonday – Thursday 8am – 4pmFriday is an 8am start timeFriday end time varies based on auction volumeAccurately log part costs, labor hours, and shop fees into the auction management software to ensure correct billing for vehicle sellers.Open, track, and close high-volume internal repair orders (ROs) for auction vehicles needing mechanical attention.Estimate labor times and efficiently assign repair jobs to mechanics based on skill level and auction deadlines.Order mechanical parts from local suppliers, negotiate pricing, and track delivery to minimize technician downtime.Track weekly sale units and ensure this is kept at a high priority.At least 21 years of age with a valid driver's license and a good driving record.Able to pass pre-employment screening.Experience in an automotive service related role is preferred.Good understanding of automotive service.Computer proficiency.Proven ability to multitask and manage vehicles that are high priority.Prior automotive retail, parts, independent shop, or dealership experience is preferred.America's is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
