Qualifications
* A minimum of 5 years of retail store manager experience
* Automotive Service Writing Experience
* Excellent customer service disposition
* Great communication skills
* Ability to lead and motivate teammates
* Team building skills
* Ability to follow directions & process
* Ability to use computers and software
* Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including weekends, evenings and holidays
* Valid drivers license
Performance Based Pay
