Job Description
Beuckman Ford is currently seeking a skilled Automotive Service Technician to join our growing service department. This role is ideal for a technician with experience diagnosing and repairing vehicles in a fast-paced shop environment. You'll be responsible for performing a wide range of services, from maintenance to complex repairs, while delivering high-quality work that meets both dealership and manufacturer standards.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, No Saturdays!
Work Requirements:
Work Schedule: 8-hour shifts
Ability to Commute: Ellisville, MO (Required)
Work Location: In person
Responsibilities
Perform diagnostic tests and inspections to identify mechanical issues
Complete vehicle maintenance and repair tasks in accordance with factory guidelines
Communicate clearly with service advisors regarding recommended services and repair status
Maintain detailed records of all work performed using dealership systems
Adhere to all safety and environmental regulations in the shop
Keep tools and workspace organized, clean, and well-maintained
Participate in ongoing manufacturer training to stay current with new technologies
Qualifications
2+ years of experience as an automotive technician preferred
Ford certification is a plus, but not required
ASE certifications preferred or willingness to obtain
Strong mechanical and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with modern diagnostic tools and repair software
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Ability to pass background check and drug screening
Ability to lift 50 lbs and handle physically demanding tasks
