Multiple Technician Positions Available - Join Our Ford Service Team!
We are looking for motivated, skilled, and dependable Automotive Service Technicians to join our growing Ford dealership service department. We have opportunities for technicians at different experience levels and are willing to match the right candidate with the position that best fits their skills, experience, and career goals.
Positions Available
1. Used Car Technician
Our Used Car Technicians focus on getting pre-owned vehicles ready for sale and ensuring they meet our dealership's quality standards.
Responsibilities include:
Perform multi-point inspections on used vehicles
Complete mechanical repairs and maintenance identified during inspections
Perform brake, suspension, steering, and exhaust repairs
Diagnose and repair drivability concerns
Perform oil changes, fluid services, and routine maintenance
Inspect and repair vehicles to ensure they are safe and ready for retail
Service and repair a wide variety of domestic and import vehicles, including Audi, Mercedes-Benz, Chevrolet, Kia, and other makes and models
Document repairs and communicate additional repair needs
Work efficiently to meet used vehicle reconditioning timelines
Ideal candidate: A technician who is efficient, versatile, and comfortable performing a variety of mechanical repairs and inspections on multiple makes and models.
2. Quick Express Lube Technician
Our Quick Express Lube Technicians provide fast, accurate, and professional routine maintenance services while delivering a positive experience for every customer.
Responsibilities include: Perform oil and filter changes
Complete tire rotations and tire pressure checks
Inspect and top off vehicle fluids
Replace air filters, cabin filters, wiper blades, and other maintenance items
Perform battery and basic vehicle inspections
Conduct multi-point inspections and identify additional service needs
Perform basic maintenance and light repairs
Follow Ford service procedures and dealership standards
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Work efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards
Ideal candidate: An entry-level technician or experienced automotive professional who is dependable, detail-oriented, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and wants to develop their automotive skills.
3. Main Shop Service Technician
Our Main Shop Service Technicians handle more advanced diagnostic, mechanical, electrical, and warranty repairs.
Responsibilities include: Diagnose and repair complex mechanical and electrical concerns
Perform engine, transmission, drivetrain, suspension, and brake repairs
Diagnose check-engine lights and other vehicle warning systems
Perform electrical and drivability diagnostics
Complete Ford warranty and customer-pay repairs
Utilize Ford diagnostic equipment, service information, and repair procedures
Perform quality-control inspections following repairs
Accurately document diagnostic findings and repairs
Communicate effectively with Service Advisors and other department personnel
Maintain manufacturer and dealership standards for quality and efficiency
Ideal candidate: An experienced technician with strong diagnostic and repair skills who is looking for a long-term career in a professional Ford service department.
What We're Looking For Automotive repair experience preferred
Ford experience is a plus, but not required for every position
Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills
Ability to accurately diagnose and repair vehicles
Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Professional attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction
Valid driver's license
Ability to provide your own basic hand tools
Commitment to following safety procedures and manufacturer repair standards
