Your Role as a Service Technician
As a Service Technician, you'll be responsible for diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing vehicles while delivering the quality workmanship our customers expect.
Responsibilities include: Diagnose and repair vehicle concerns accurately and efficiently
Perform maintenance and advanced repair work according to manufacturer standards
Complete brake, suspension, transmission, engine, electrical, and drivability repairs
Perform inspections and test drive vehicles to verify completed repairs
Utilize advanced diagnostic equipment and manufacturer repair systems
Complete warranty repairs following manufacturer specifications
Communicate repair recommendations and timelines with Service Advisors
Maintain accurate repair documentation and repair orders
Follow all safety procedures and dealership quality standards
Maintain a clean and organized work area
What We're Looking For
We are looking for skilled technicians who bring: Minimum 2-3 years of automotive repair experience
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
Previous dealership service experience preferred
Experience using advanced diagnostic equipment and repair software
Strong mechanical knowledge across major vehicle systems
Professional attitude and commitment to quality workmanship
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced service environment
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Valid Driver's License with acceptable driving record
Personal automotive tools required
